How Do I Place An Order?​

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

Confirmations are sent via email when

  • Your order has been received 

  • Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at themagicsoulonlinestore@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
